Community engagement

At JIU, we welcome meaningful connections with our local and international communities, and are committed to developing activities and initiatives to help support and enhance our local and global communities.

How we get involved

We strive to make a positive difference to the areas within which we have a presence, both locally and globally. Our mutually beneficial relationships ensure that we give back to the communities we serve.

We engage with communities through:

  • teaching within local communities
  • sponsoring events and initiatives
  • offering work-integrated learning programs with local organisations
  • nurturing partnership programs.
